Wheat Farm, Clarkston, Utah, 1995

Fields of wheat frame this Utah farmhouse despite its arid location. Dry farming makes bounty in the desert possible, through a regime of tillage, fallow cropping, and the use of drought-resistant crops—all in the name of moisture conservation.
