Each year, more than one million people from all over the world visit Washington DC to celebrate the National Cherry Blossom Festival. This photo was taken one morning in earl April 2013, just before sunrise. The Thomas Jefferson memorial stands on the other side of the Potomac River, reflected in dawn's light.
