Painted Pink

Photograph by Grant Glendinning, National Geographic Your Shot

Sunset surrounds the late 19th-century Rattray Head lighthouse in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Your Shot member Grant Glendinning captured the dusk’s changing light with a long exposure and a neutral density and polarizing filter attached to a wide-angle lens.

Glendinning’s image was recently featured in Your Shot’s Daily Dozen.

Well done Grant. I've just been up there doing a few shots myself. I like the long exposure on this. Sadly I don't have a neutral density so I may have to get one and copy you!
