There is not a baby animal that is'nt cute. This lil' one is much more so, with its direct gaze into human eyes. What a wonderful picture, and one cannot help but love the subject . Who most likely saw the first human in his life, and gave him a curious, 'eyes wide open' look. j.e.s.
"Baby baboon". The four 'b' consonants give those two words an appealing sound.
The shadow around the illuminated little face draws one's attention to the dark, glistening pools of those inquiring eyes.

The eyes say so much and the grasping hand, fingers so much like our own, impart a gentle and intense awareness of the moment.
