Bumblebee

Photograph by Dev Banerjee, Your Shot

This Month in Photo of the Day: Your Photos

I was trying to frame this bumblebee for a long time. After several attempts, I somehow managed this. Guess that's nature—ever changing and bountiful. One lifetime and a camera is not enough to fathom it.

Bumblebees are pretty docile for a bee, we hade one where I had lived at one time, and he lived in a hole in the ground next to our wall, beside our patio, and every year he would come and go. we would sit there and watch him, and never got stung, sometimes it was funny when he couldn't get in his hole with all that pollen.   lol  :)
