Fox kits spar along the Ugashik River in the Alaska Peninsula. This area, in the southeastern part of the 49th state, is home to waterways, volcanoes, and a variety of wildlife.

Sure they're adorable, and now there is that stupid song out there to strip them of their dignity, but you don't want to get on a fox's bad side. They can be quite dangerous.

I absolutely love the picture, though! Such great detail, and an absolutely gorgeous background. I personally enjoy taking pictures, though it is barely a hobby to me, since I can't find many interesting things in my suburban back-yard that I want to immortalize (either that or I don't have the creativity), though I did go on a bike ride through a swampy area with my father and sister recently, and it was absolutely gorgeous (omitting my sweaty face and dying exercise-deprived body.)


I'm not actually dying, if there was any doubt.
