Faith and Frolic
Amid a throng of energetic revelers, a man looks upward at a Holi celebration in India. “The unifying [festival of color] is a celebration of love and the arrival of spring,” photographer Claudio Ceriali writes. Unifying indeed—social restrictions are often set aside during the Hindu holiday, as men and women, rich and poor, young and old celebrate side by side.
