as charles luo commented...the person in middle look bit uneasy in composition wise...otherwise its a lovely shot.

I don't know if it is just me but the longer I look at it the more I think the shepherd in the middle is best for this shot :).

@Janice H.  I prefer this version: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men".  It extends the Christmas wish of peace to all of humanity, not just to those considered to be of good will, which unfortunately would come down to being just those perceived to share one's biases and prejudices.
