The ice formed on the limbs of these trees looks a as if they are formed of glass, just think how beautiful this will look when the sun shines on these crystal covered limbs ...with all the rainbow colors that will be visible, How wonderful it would be to find all the diamonds that will become alive in the brief moments of the suns rays piercing the cold morning air....
So very beautiful and lovely. An enchanting photograph of the purity and touching beauty of winter. Together with the Aspens makes for just a magical picture!
I love hoar frost and snow on aspen but it is not easy to get a picture of it - at lease not for me. This is really beautiful. I love the composition. The lighting and sharp depth of field allow us to see back into the forest so I feel like a part of it.
What a beautiful picture. The very first that I have ever seen in blue and white, and its just something else. Far from cold looking,it is just too pretty to be that in any way. j.e.s........
What a lovely photo and especially for me since I live in Texas and the last week has been triple digits!
@Althea Fitzpow I was thinking the same thing.
@Bev Hennager I know! I have a hard time getting my photos to look like this. I see it but I can't capture it just right. I guess I should learn how to adjust things with Photoshop. Learning takes so much patience!
