Screensaver: Visions of Space

For Windows XP

  1. Click "Windows/PC" link above to download the screensaver to your hard drive.
  2. Extract the .scr file from the .zip archive.
  3. Right-click the .scr file and select "Install."

For Mac OS X

  1. Click the "Mac OS X" link above to download the screensaver.
  2. Locate the screensaver file on your computer and double-click it.
  3. The screensaver will be installed, and your Desktop & Screen Saver Preferences window will open.
  4. Select "Screen Saver" from the menu, and select the National Geographic screensaver from the list.
  5. Note: To disable the screensaver, open your Desktop & Screen Saver Preferences, and either move the "Start Screen Saver" slider to "Never" or select a different screensaver from the list.
