For Windows XP
- Click "Windows/PC" link above to download the screensaver to your hard drive.
- Extract the .scr file from the .zip archive.
- Right-click the .scr file and select "Install."
For Mac OS X
- Click the "Mac OS X" link above to download the screensaver.
- Locate the screensaver file on your computer and double-click it.
- The screensaver will be installed, and your Desktop & Screen Saver Preferences window will open.
- Select "Screen Saver" from the menu, and select the National Geographic screensaver from the list.
- Note: To disable the screensaver, open your Desktop & Screen Saver Preferences, and either move the "Start Screen Saver" slider to "Never" or select a different screensaver from the list.
